I have taught art professionally for the past 5 years and offer private fine art classes throughout Los Angeles to children, adolescents, and adults. With my MA in Art Education and years of teaching experience, I have developed a holistic approach to teaching fine art. Under my instruction my students build a practice based on their interests.  My students successfully create with pastels, charcoal, pencils, acrylic, oil, and any other medium they enjoy working with. Not only do my students learn in-depth drawing principals, color theory, and painting methods, they are encouraged to develop detailed practices full of imagination and innovation. From learning fine art fundamentals, students are able to progress in artistic styles, such as impressionism and abstraction, which are unique and specific to them. I enjoy and appreciate making a difference to my students with way they communicate and visualize themes and overall grow as artistic individuals.
