Abigail Spector is an American artist currently based in Los Angeles. Having grown up in a community surrounded by the Santa Monica Mountains, nature has been influential for her practice. Her work focuses on wildlife and environmental issues caused by human involvement and urbanization. She received her BFA from California College of the Arts in 2016 and has been in several group shows including the Provincetown Green Arts Festival “Appearances” in Provincetown, Massachusetts and “The Founders Show” at Arte Verissima Gallery in Oakland, California. Currently, Abigail works as a practicing artist and fine art educator. She has her MA in Art Education from Boston University.
